Order & Delivery

Order processing

Once your order has been placed, we generally need 1 to 3 business days to process it.
Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive a tracking code by email.

Delivery time

For UK, our average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days after processing.
In rare cases, customs checks, delivery delays, or high demand may extend delivery times.
By placing an order, you agree to these delivery times and acknowledge that delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.

Shipping fees

We cover all standard shipping costs.
No minimum order amount is required — every order is delivered free of charge.

International shipping & warehouses

To ensure fast delivery, we ship from multiple international warehouses, including locations in China, the United States, and Turkey.
The origin of shipment does not affect product quality — each item is carefully inspected before shipping.

Customs fees & taxes

We cover standard import fees in advance.
In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply additional charges. Pemberton House is not responsible for these fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
By placing an order, you agree that customs fees do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.

Lost, delayed, or missing parcels

Pemberton House is not responsible for lost, delayed, or held parcels by carriers or customs.
In case of an issue, we will be happy to help you track your parcel, but we do not issue refunds or accept disputes related to delays caused by third parties.
